HAZEFORM PACK is an independent design studio focused on cannabis packaging and brand identity for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

We create brand visuals, original artwork and packaging designs with a distinctive look. Our work spans Mylar bags, die-cut packaging, boxes, jars, cans, cups, tubes, labels and coordinated packaging collections.

We work with brands launching new products, refreshing existing packaging or expanding their product ranges, keeping the visual identity consistent across every format.
